multiple copies of mail in Entourage?

I have Office 2004 running on an iMac. I have 4 email addresses with
RoadRunner.

Every message I get comes 4 times, even though the email was sent to only
one of my addresses.

AND

with one of the addresses, I can send email but not receive it.
