Multiple Copies Recieved

In Outlook 2002 SP2, I send a message with a 1MB+ attachment. The message
gets "stuck" in my outbox and the recipient receives copies until his box
fills up. At that point I begin to recieve messages until my box fills up.
This has happened with two ISP's and multiple recipients.

Help!!!
