Multiple costs

How can I apply one cost table to more than one resource - in a single move?
Thank you.

Cost tables are assigned to assignments, so view the Task or Resource usage
views.

Insert the cost rate table column. Now you can copy or fill down as
required.

Hello Ionut,
You can't really do that in a single move, but you can do that quickly
anyway.
In the Task usage view, insert the column Cost Rate Table (Translated from
the French "Table des taux de coût")
Select a Table (A or B or C) on the first assignment, then copy down this
value on all assignments.

Hope this helps,

Ionut,
I assume you are using a cost rate table other than "A", which is the
default. You can quickly apply the same cost rate table to multiple
assignments by showing either the Task Usage or Resource Usage views.
Add the Cost Rate Table field as a column, select the table, and then do
a fill down as appropriate. If necessary, you can apply a filter to
select certain assignments before doing the fill down.

This probably doesn't qualify as a "single move" but hope it helps.

Hello Rod, Hello John,

Three times the same answer within 5 minutes: what a good synchronization
within the MVPs !
Congratulations!

Gerard,
According to my timestamps, Rod gets first prize, you get second, and I
came in last. Interesting since Rod's on the other side of the world,
you are northwest (I think) and I'm southwest.

Ah, but New Zealand is a day ahead of America so we get a head start and by
the time you get the new day, we've pretty much worn it out!!
