Multiple downloads

Hi

Im using Outlook 2003 on XP Pro, sp2.

I have a couple of people (3 to be precise) whose emails
ALWAYS download twice. The other squillions of emails that I receive all
work just fine and only download once. I have spent some considerable time
with each of these three, checking that they just send one email, and that it
gets sent without any apparent errors or messages etc. I have also checked
with others who also receive emails from these three people, and they assure
me they only get them once!!! I have just finished about 40mins worth of
discussions with my email host (attglobal.net) who have no idea why!

I have 2 email addresses - the one I am sending this from, and a second
through my business's domain (knoware.co.nz). Any email sent to knoware gets
redirected to this address. I have tested having these 3 people send to each
email address, and all appear twice - and twice only.

Anyone able to shed any light on this one?

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file (preferably as an attachment) after you've received one
of these duplicate messages?
