Multiple e-mail accounts

I set up a second e-mail account using outlook. Everything looks fine under "e-mail accounts" and everything looks the same as my original account I've been using for years but I receive an error message stating, e-mail server rejected login. The original account works fine. Can somebody please help

Is this a separate mailbox or just on alias for the other mailbox? Contact
your ISP if you don't know.
