Help with Multiple e-mail accounts

I have 2 email addresses and I would like to have 2 separate inboxes (one for
each account) so my business e-mail won't get mixed in with my family e-mail.
Can I do this? If so how? Also I tried to set-up my business mail with
server type IMAP and it did give me a separate inbox but it was in the
archive folder and I could not send messages to the deleted folder when I was
done with them. Can you help?

One Inbox per profile is all that's allowed, but you can make 2 subfolders
and set up Rules to deliver mail there.

IMAP doesn't use the deleted items folder - you need to Del (causes a line
to go through the message header) then Edit, Purge to delete them.

How do I do this? Set up a rule like that? I did not find a part of the

The IMAP account will have its own message store and it will NOT be a part
of any archive PST. You can certainly delete IMAP messages, but you have to
purge them to get them do go away.

Your other choices are to use rules to move messaages sent to particular
accounts to particular folders or use a separate mail profile for each
account, which will allow you to have a separate mail store for each
account, but you'll need to stop and restart Outlook to switch between them.
