Multiple e-mail recipients

When I attempt to e-mail to multiple recipients, not
everyone (or, no one) receives the message.

I have been told by my internet provider that this is a
recognized problem with Outlook 2000.

Do you know the fix or where I should go to find the fix?

I think your internet provider is blowing smoke.
