Launch Entourage pressing the Option key down to rebuild the database.
It might be corrupted,

Thanks Corentin!
The database was okay.
The problem was the amount of aliasses I have within the same account.
My provider allows me to make until 20 e-mail address aliasses on one account.
I had four from which I deleted three and now all e-mail, even with other e-mail addresses are available.
In former versions of Office Entourage I've always used all the different addresses without having problems.
Thanks anyway!

Thanks Diane.
The page you sent me is very helpful.
As graphic designer on a Mac I'm not really a Microsoft software user. On the other hand I prefer Entourage above Mail (Mac).
The problem with the aliassses occurred after upgrading from X to 2008.
Until now I dindn't take use of the information on the page since:
In addition to the page you sent me I have to mention that I have deleted all the aliasses from the account while I still receive all the mail sent to the aliasses. Isn't that strange?!

Best regards
Hai
