Multiple Email Accounts and Calendars

I want use Outlook to manage multiple email accounts and calendars - specifically:
  1. Have a consolidated calendar view whilst maintaining individual calendars
  2. Issue meeting invitations and respond to incoming invitations for using the appropriate email account
  3. Sync the calendars across devices - 1 pc and a phone.
Two of the email accounts are hosted by a third party which does not offer an calendar.

A third account is a gmail account and so has a calendar. However I believe I can only get read access via Outlook

Any suggestions please?
