Multiple email accounts

I am trying to set up 3 email accounts, 2 work when i set up the third no
matter how i set it up it will not work

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, fastf350 asked:

What version of Outlook and what type of accounts? Whar EXACTLY have you
tried so far?
