Multiple email addresses for one contact

I'm having trouble figuring out how to use multiple email
addresses related to a single contact. One address is in
the "E-mail" field on the General tab. The second
address is in the "E-mail 2" field. I'm not sure how to
control which address is used when. I'd also like to
include both addresses in the same Distribution List.

Thanks for the help/suggestions.

You control which address is used by selecting it when your Address Book is
presented when you click the "To" button. Just select the one you want
They should both show, with "E-mail" first and "E-mail 2" second. You can
add them both to a distribution list by creating a new DL, clicking "Select
Members", selecting the first, holding CTRL and selecting the second, then
clicking the Members button. I just tried it, so I know it works.

Now, you didn't think mentioning your Outlook version was important, so
maybe you have a version for which this function doesn't work the same, but
there's no way to tell. Always state your Outlook version when asking a
question.

I have set up two email accounts using outlook 2002. I
can send from either account by using the account drop
down that shows with a new message I'm writing. But I can
only receive from one. I can't figure it out.

This doesn't seem to have anything to do with the original thread and you've
already posted this question twice before. No need to ask more than once.
