Multiple "From" e-mail addresses on Mail Merges

I am trying to send a mail merge to about 3,000 e-mail, but I would like to
be able to be able to send from different e-mail addresses. I currently have
permission to send from multiple addresses, but is it possible to do a merge
and determine the "From" e-mail
