Multiple Hotmail Email accounts to one Outlook user

I am having trouble setting up multiple hotmail email http accounts to one
Outlook user. I can sync one hotmail email account just fine, but when I add
a second to the same user, that account is never able to sync and times out.
Is is possible to link 2 hotmail accounts and have them sync automatically?

No, not reliably. It works for some but not others.

BTW, HTTP access is going away for free accounts.
