Multiple HTML code fragments

If I could ask for some help...I am a beginner so bear with me.

I am trying to create a web page on Publisher, and want to have more
than one marquee-type code fragments on the front page. When I view it
as a web page, it only shows one. Can you not put more than one on each
page?

Yes...maybe...probably, but your question is so vague, it is impossible to
give you any kind of specific answer. Post back with which version of
Publisher you are using and specifically what you are trying to do,
including the problem you are having, and the code snippets you are trying
to use, and we will try to help.
