multiple index

I have 20+chapters in my new book and would like to have 2 index listings.

1) the author index and 2) the subject index.

I have already prepared 2 concordance files for this purpose. But how to
prepare the 2 index lists seperately? Please suggest.

You must include an \f switch in each XE field and the same switch in the
corresponding INDEX field. See Word's Help topic "Field codes: XE (Index
Entry) field."
