Multiple instances of Outlook

I had to reload my PC - I used to be able to open Outlook more then once.

In other words, I could open Outlook 2003 and view my Contacts - open
another instance of Outlook and look at my Inbox - both appearing on the task
as two instances.

I cannot find where in the options to allow or set this up.

Any ideas?

RIght-click the folder you want to see and select Open in New WIndow.
