multiple instances of pptview.exe?!

Hello,

I have used the Package for CD onto a folder on my hard disk.

I have a ppt file acting as a menu with say 50 links to ppt files and
when I select these files in turn I notice quite a bit of hard disk
activity and things slow down. Using CTRL/ALT/DEL I see lots of
instances of pptview.exe.

Is this normal? Does each ppt file require its own version of
pptview.exe??!
