Multiple Junk emails that need to be added to blocked senders list

I receive approx 100 emails each day and most are spam from porno sites that
change spelling each day and send anew. It's very tedious to add each one
individually to the blocked sender list. Is there a way to add multiple
emails to the junk mailbox and add them to blocked senders list at the same
time??

Why bother? As you can see, the address are just randomly generated letters,
they never send under the same address twice, so blocking them does no good.

While what dlv says is true, often there is a common string in the headers
and a rule to filter on that string would eliminate the junk.
