Multiple Lines within One Cell

Is there a way to create multiple lines of text within a single cell?
In Windows I know its alt+return, but I haven't been able to find it
for Macintosh.

It is CMD+ALT+RETURN for Apple.

....And if you don't actually need hard line breaks, just format the cell to
allow wrapping (Format>Cells>Alignment).
