multiple mailbox problem

Andre

I have Outlook setup with different accounts,

1x Exchange + secondary mailbox
2x POP3
1x Hotmail

now all my email goes to the same default mailbox (PST)

Is there a way to have each account go to there respective Inbox?

I have tried to move manually, but as soon as I do this it bounce back into
the default Mailbox.

Any Clue?

Are you using a PST for some reason instead of keeping your mail in the
mailbox on the Exchange server?

You'd need to use rules. Won't work on Hotmail, IIRC....and note that
Hotmail access for OE/Outlook/ is being pulled for free accounts.

I am running on a Laptop, and have lot's of emails that does not regards the
company.

Also, I have tried thru rules but it won't allow me to move to a different
account, it only allow to move to the Exchange account??

OST files, or cached mode in OL2003, can make laptops happy.

What about using separate mail profiles, or using OE for your personal mail?
Most Exchange admins would not want to support someone's local PST file...I
don't.

Don't know what you mean by this. You don't use rules to move messages to
accounts, but to folders...which should work, using the recipient addresses
as the criteria.
