Multiple Meeting Invites - 1 person allowed only

Hi,

Any suggestions on how I can do this in Outlook:

I have to interview 200 people in our company. I have 1 hour booking
slots to fill. I would like to send a message to people saying choose
one meeting slot that suits you and then once they have chosen it block
it out so that others can't choose the slot but can see the remaining
options.

I guess this is complicated but maybe someone has an answers or knows of
some add-in?
