Multiple Outlook Today [Personal Folders]

Hi,

I have two copies of Personal Folders in Outlook 2002 SP2. Neither can be
closed - the menu option is grayed out. They both point to the same
Outlook.pst folder, i.e. a change to one is reflected in the other.

How can I get rid of one of these?

The easiest way to take care of this is to create a new mail profile from
scratch and then delete the old profile. You can do this via Control Panel
| Mail | Show Profiles.
