Okay, I'm getting stuck on step 6a on this KB Article
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912673). There aren't multiple pages
available in the Layers Task Pane... there are only layers in the current
open page that are available for me to access. Is there a way to remedy this?
Can I simply add a Hyperlink on the "Previous" button to the previous page
to achieve the same effect?
