Multiple Pages Load that are NOT linked

I have created my own website and also my husband's. But when I go to publish
either of them, it loads both sites information. I have checked and they are
not linked and I can not figure out what I am doing wrong.
I am a novice to this and sure could use guidence.
Thank you!

Are they both separate domains?
Where are you publishing them .... which host?
How are you publishing them?
Can you show us either of the sites? URL

Just a thought

I recently (today) set up another website and I was worried that they would interfere with each other, especially when publishing
because my first site has to be published via FTP (in FrontPage). The new site must *not* be published with FTP - it is a http site
wth FP extensions.

What I did was set up 2 shortcuts to open FrontPage
1. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\FRONTPG.EXE" "%USERPROFILE%\my documents\My Webs\myweb\index.html"
2. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\FRONTPG.EXE" "%USERPROFILE%\my documents\My Webs\mynewweb\index.html"

Opening via these shortcuts seems to work.
When I publish, the destination sites are different:
1. ftp://ftp.mysite.com.au
2. http://mynewsite.org
But it is still early days, and I have to trust that I do not break the FPSE on the new site.

What do you mean "...they are not linked"?

Guessing - do you mean:

-- that when you type the domain names or URLs into the browser, you don't
see the sites?

or

-- that one site doesn't link to the other?

or

-- that the links within each site, to that site's other pages, don't work?
