You could use a "label" template for Avery postcards (such as stock number
3263), which formats the page with a 2x2 table. This limits you to
text/graphics that can be inserted in table cells, but this is the best way
I know of to subdivide a page into four. If you just want to print four
pages per sheet (including headers/footers, page numbers, etc.), you can use
this setting in the Print dialog.
