Multiple Pivot Tables Expand to Fit

I have several working pivot tables on one spreadsheet. When I add
records to the source data and refresh the pivot tables, they
sometimes result in additional columns or rows. The refresh will fail
if the additional columns or rows bump into another pivot table.

Is there a way to have the pivot tables insert the necessary rows or
columns they need to avoid bumping into another table?
