Multiple Project opened in Professional

I have a user that every time he opens a project in professional from PWA, it
opens the project along with a new blank project. He is the only user that
this occurs on. Any suggestions

In the future, please tell us what version of Project Server you are using?
2002, 2003, or 2007? To answer your question, ask the user to click Tools -
Options - General. If the "Open last file on startup" option is selected,
deselect it and then click the OK button. Let us know if this solves the
problem.

I apologize -- we are on 2007 (SP1). The "open last file on startup" option
was not selected.

Could this have possibly been a client install issue since he installed the
client himself and is the only user experiencing this issue?

I suppose it could be. I have never seen this problem before, so I'm only
speculating as to the cause. Why don't you have the user uninstall and then
reinstall the software to see if this helps? Let us know the results if you
do.
