Multiple recipient email

Can anyone help with the following error 'too many recipients' When I try to
send an email to multiple addresses I get the above message. Only the first 5
recipients receive the email? Using WinXP Office XP and outlook 2002.

Hi,

you can avoid this limitation of your ISP with our Send Personally addin:
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/

It'll create an individual copy of the message for each recipient. But in
this case, your recipients will see no other recipients of this message.

Your "email client"? That would be Outlook. If you mean your ISP, they're
lying. Outlook doesn't limit the number of recipients like that.

WinXP SP3 and Outlook 2003 (did the same with Outlook 2002). Two address qork
OK. If 3 or more adress the email appears to be sent but is not delivered and
I don't get any error message. Eartlink told me it was my Outlook. So, today
I installed 2003 and am having same problem. Othrs using Earthlink do not
have thi problem. Any ideas?

Create a new Profile (mail icon in control panel, with outlook closed) add a
new data file, add your accounts and test
Uninstall any integrated anti virus app & reboot before creating the mail
profile
