Multiple Recipients on Collaboration Notification Messages

I'm using Project 2002, Project Server 2004 and Web
Access. I have set up my resources however some of my
resources would like other users to receive notifications
due to absences from the office. However, they would also
like to receive these same notices. I notice when I
receive a notification, there's a CC line that is empty,
does anyone know how to insert a CC into the notification?
