I would like to merge several reports in to one major report and ideally add
a table of contents. (similar to selecting several worksheets to create one
workbook in Excel) I believe that it can be done with subreports but that is
rather clumsy and will not accomodate the table of contents. What I really
want is a book of reports with one set of page numbers.
