Multiple same field names?

I am wondering how to best to set up a table to list ingredients of food
products in a food service. Most of the food products have multiple
ingredients so I am unsure how to set up the table. I was wondering if it is
possible to set up many field names with the same name, in this case,
"Ingredients". The goal would be to run a query to find food products that
met specific criteria, such as for a specific food allergy.

Thank you for your help,

No, you can not have more than one field in the same table with the same
name.

There are at least three tables required here - Products, Ingredients, and
an intermediate linking table to model the many-to-many relationship between
Products and Ingredients - one Product can include many Ingredients, while
one Ingredient can be included in many Products.
