Multiple send

When I try & send a message from Outlook express I get a
yellow triangle with an exclamation point saying some
errors occurred while processing. The message stays in my
inbox. It then gets sent over & over with the same result
on my side, yet the message is actually being sent every
time.

Any help greatly appreciated. My IT guy is no help.
