Just press the subreports tool button and follow the wizard through to add
one and repeat for the second.

I did do that. However, only the first subreport can be seen. I put it in the
page footer. The second subreport cannot be seen in the database veiw. How
can i fix this. Thankyou

Radhika

You can't have something in the footer, or header, of a datasheet view if you
want it to be able to be viewed. You would have to use continuous and work
the format to make it look like a datasheet.

I triend putting both subreports in the detail section below the information
in the main report. However, each record in the subreport shows up below each
record in the main report. I need all the records in the subreport to show up
below all the records in the subreport. How do i do this?

Thankyou,
Radhika

Use a GROUP Footer, or if you want it after everything in the report, the
Report Footer.

I put the first subreport in the report footer and i do see all the records
under all the records in the main report. However, when i put subreport 2 in
the report footer of subreport 1, i do not see any records. Am i doing
something wrong?

Thankyou,
Radhika

I think without actually seeing your database and the report in question I'm
at a loss at the moment. IF you desire, you can send it to me at accessbob
[at gmail d0t c0m].

That will be very helpful! I cannot send you the actual database as it
contains confidential information. However, i will create a very similar mock
database and sent it. Thankyou!
