Multiple Tabs viewable - same workbook

Hi,

I have seen spreadsheets with and xls.2 in them and it
appears that they are looking at a second instance of the
same spreadsheet within itself. This allows you to work
in multiple tabs on the same sheet. Can someone please
tell me how that is down? Thanks in advance.

Open the workbook, click window and select new window, then repeat and
select arrange,
and choose how you want to view them
