Multiple time periods...

Steve

Hello,

I have a file that has many tasks over time, and the preference for the view
is a Gantt Chart. I would like to have options to print different time
frames such as a 6 week view and an yearly outlook, without having to manual
change the headers for each period of time I print.

There are also groups of tasks thar are not needed for certain views.

So my question is there a way to save the formating for each view in the
same file?

Thank you in advance!

Steve,

You can create several views, for example several copies of your Gantt Chart
: View / More Views / Copy...
Then for each view you can set the timescale as you want, and you activate
the filter that you need.
Save the project.
