What is the best way to creat a project with multiple items? I have approx
16 vehicles that are all coming in at different times, but each will have the
same number of tasks for each and the time to complete each task will not
vary by vehicle. Can you help? I am fairly new at using project.

You can simply build a schedule for one of the vehicles and then copy and
paste it 15 times. I'd also use a text field to code each task with the
number of the vehicle so you can group by either task type or vehicle number.

Be careful when pasting. Depending where your cursor is, the pasted items
may be indented within another summary task. If this happens use the left
arrow icon to shift the tasks to the left.
