Multiple undos

In Excel for Macintosh, I have the ability to do multiple undo's by
repeatedly going to Edit-Undo or using the shortcut. In Excel for PC's,
I only seem to be able to backtrack once - i.e. one undo. Is there a way
to set this so I have multiple undo's in Excel for PC's?

Which version of Excel/Windows are you using? From at least Excel'97 there
is that multiple undo feature. But it may have been new in Excel'97 (can't
remember). I don't think there is an option to modify it's settings (up to
16 actions can be undone).
