Multiple updates to the plan.

Hi,

I have a complex plan which needs updates from atleast 5 different managers.
How can I colloborate with them? The plan is very complex and I dont want any
managers to delete any line items or insert one, ut just key in the actual
dates. Pls let me know if any best practices, tips tricks etc.

You're kind of caught between a rock and a hard place. If the managers can
open the project and change dates, they can also add/delete tasks. There is
no way to lock it down that way. Your choices are procedures and training, or
copy & paste the tasks with dates into a spreadsheet & pass that around.
There's still risk they'll change that so you can't simply copy & paste it
back. Oh well.
