We are using a new database I created for customer call
tracking and have several people using it at once. We want
to ensure that when one person is on a record that no
other user will see it, in other words they will be
forwarded to the next available record. Is there a way to
do that? Please provide the code and instructions on how
to use it if it is. Thanks.
