Multiple user Security

Steps away from purchasing Project and I am concerned about the ability to lock out users from changing data. Want select users to input data, such as resources, materials, and equipment but not have the ability to change the start, duration, or finish date. Bottomline: is the software capable of setting security levels within a main project or should I consider implmenting several supporting projects feeding a main project that shares it pooled resources????

It's not clear if you are planning to use Pro or Pro+Server.

If Pro then anyone who can open the plan can make changes to it.

If Pro+Server then a wide variety of permissions can be defined to
enable/disable updating capabilities.

If you can help this person, then why don't you post the answer in the
newsgroup so that everyone can benefit? This newsgroup is a forum where we
all help one another publicly. I would suggest you start posting some real
answers instead of merely advertising your services.
