As you are using Windows 98, the easiest solution is to set up a separate
Mail Profile for each user. Control Panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add

That will only work if Outlook in installed using the Corporate or Workgroup
mode. If Internet Mail Only mode, the poster will need to set up separate
Windows profiles and separate .pst files.

To the OP, do not multi-post.

See your answer in m.p.o.calendaring.

I'm not sure what you mean by Corporate or Workgroup setup. It may be
internet Mail only. I did set up different Windows User Profiles.... I do
not know how to set up the separate .pst files. What is m.p.o. calendaring?
Thanks for all your help.

m.p.o.calendaring - the second group to which you posted the same question.
Microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring.

True. It's so long since I've used Office 2000 I'd forgotten......

We are still behind the times where I work and use Outlook 2000 - so that is
why I am still familiar with it. We are soon moving to XP/Office 2003 -
what a relief.

Thank you for all the info on this... However, I am still unsure as to what
to do next. I have set up different Windows users and made the selection to
have new files set up. However, when I use the calendars for the different
users, the system still seems to be using one calendar and not different
ones. You mentioned setting up different .pst files. How do I accomplish
this? Thank you.
