Multiple users of same account and mailbox

Hi!
A client has 20 users logging onto the same windows 2003 account and
the same exchange 2003 mailbox. Outlook hangs when about 15 of them are
logged on at the same time. Can we do anything about this? Is there a
limit somewhere that can be tweeked?

I am not sure of the limits per mailbox but 15 people hitting the same
mailbox does seem to be alot. It would also depend on the resources
available to your server as well as your network performance. Once suggest
I have is to look into using Public Folders as opposed a mailbox which is
more geared toward multiple accessing it.
