Multiple users on the same PP presentation?

Is it possible to have a number of users working on the same Powerpoint
presentation at the same time to eliminate multiple revisions of the same
presenation?

NO. If multiple users are going to work on the same presentation, I
recommend you split it into logical parts so that each person can work on
their part and then the whole thing can be brought together.

You could also look into sending the presentation out to all involved for
review (via email), but that feature is only available in certain of the PPT
versions. If you choose to go this way, be warned that this can also cause a
good amount of file bloat, even after the changes have been reviewed and
accepted.

If you meant working on a ppt with a number of users on different computers
at the same time, I wouldn't encourage that. It is possible through a network
where the ppt is shared through a shared drive (mapping the drive).

But if everyone open the ppt and start editing it at the same time for
example, two person, where A has saved the ppt, while B saved at a later
time, person A's work will be overwrited by person's B work.
