Hi all,
I have multiple users on our network unable to open office documents unless
they use the file/open option from within the office application. Double
clicking on any document to open it causes office to crash. All users are
running terminal services on a Windows Server 2000 Small Business Server. I
have tried recreating profiles of these users from scratch, a full re-install
of Office 2000 Pro, full virus scans etc but have so far had no luck. Any
ideas?? I need to try and get this sorted asap.
