Check with your ISP. They may offer multiple addresses for your account.
That way each person logging in can have their own.

In addition to William's post, you can all use the same address if you want.
You can all download the mail to your own individual PSTs (so you all have
individual PSTs with different Contacts, Calendar, etc.) or you could all
share a PST and all see exactly the same data. See this:
