Multiple Values in a Custom Text Field

Is it possible to create mutltiple values stored in a single custom text
field similiar in design/display to the resource field?

For example, Custom Field with multiple project_id (project 1, project A,
and project Z3) assigned to Task Name - 35% Design Completion.

A custom text field may be driven by a VBA formula that concatenates any
desired information into a string. The string is then placed into the custom
text field.
