multiple windows open

Using XP and 2007

MS Help seems to indicate that you can have multiple windows open at the
same time by right clicking and selecting Open in new window.

While this works for one window, if I try to open a third window, the second
window closes.

Appreciate any help.

Found the answer. New windows must be opened from the LAST window that is
opened.
