Have written up extensive SOW
Documented, tables, etc.
Problem is that it has been years since I've done it ... and having no

Anyway ... need to get started on it - and would love advice on
starting out myself if i can't find a consultant near me.
Where DO I find a consultant that is either interested in being equity
holder, or paid to develop prototype version; i've oracle guys around
me.... But that won't work for end-user reasons.
