i implement access form and i want to know how can i make
it to be used from more than one user at the same time.

It is better to split your database and put the data on a server and have
each of the users connect to it with their own copy of the database
front-end (forms, queries, reports, etc.) There is a database spliting
wizard in version 97 or greater, or you can manually split it:
