Music Collection Database template

For some time I have been trying to find the music collection database template on the microsoft site. Half way down the music templates page (see this link)

there is another link to the database template I want. However, the link takes me to a jewel case cover.

I have spoken to microsoft tech support who suggested I submit a "feed back" form to microsoft. This was about three weeks ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. Any suggestions as to the correct link? Forever grateful!
